A Collection Letter Offering Additional Discount (hereinafter “Letter”) is used by a creditor to formally inform its debtor about the readiness of the creditor to offer an additional discount to pay the debt.The meaning of this Letter is to notify the debtor about its ability to raise funds and pay its debt on the dates indicated in the letter using an additional discount.
This Letter should be solely signed by the authorized signatory of the creditor accompanied with its official stamp. This Letter also should be in a kindly manner and have a sense of payment. It should be noted that this Letter shall be sent by registered mail or by another method that allows the creditor to prove that the client received it |
