This letter template can save you a lot of time when approving a tenant’s fit-out request.

It can be used to inform the tenant of the agreement as well as the related terms and conditions such as :

-   Getting the needed approvals

- Making sure that the modifications are in compliance with the specifications described.

And other related terms that the tenant must abide by.

Drawings and specifications showing the proposed works should be referred to in the Consent Letter.
