This “Request for Insurance Coverage of New Employee” is used by an employer to obtain insurance coverage for a new employee.
In Abu Dhabi, providing medical insurance to employees and their dependents has been mandatory for every company, and the burden of the fourth child had to be taken by the employee. Dubai law also mandates employers to provide medical insurance to their employees. In the northern part of the UAE, i.e. Ajman, Ras Al-Khaimah, Sharjah, Fujairah, and Umm Al-Quwain, it is not mandatory for the employers to provide medical insurance to the employees by law. The companies may decide to change the policies for insurance. |
