Description

Some of the obligations that must be met by the service provider include:

  • Maintaining the necessary licenses to carry out the service.
  • Service Provider will deploy security personnel only after obtaining prior written approval from the Company.
  • Providing a performance monitoring and measuring record of its personnel.
  • Ensuring its personnel’s compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations.
  • Providing its personnel with all materials necessary to perform the security service, such as uniforms.

This agreement is drafted in accordance with Federal Law No. 37 of 2006 concerning Private Security Companies, Cabinet Resolution No. 33 of 2008 concerning Application Licensing Fees for Private Security Companies, and Ministerial Resolution No. 557 of 2008 concerning the Executive Regulations of Private Security Companies Law.
