This letter confirms that the employee is suspended from work for an on-going investigation concerning misconduct.
The letter explains the procedures and gives all the information needed by both parties. States the steps to follow during the investigation and after. According to article 40 of the of Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 regarding the regulation of employment relationship, the employer can suspend the employee for a period of no more than 30 days in order to conduct a disciplinary investigation along with suspending half the wage during the suspension period and if the investigation concluded keeping the case, non-violation or punishment of the employee by warning, the employee shall be paid the full wage. |
