The Tenant’s Manual is the Landlord and/or Building Management’s rules and requirements for the proper management, administration and control of the Tenant and all other tenants (as applicable) in the building, and the use of the building and/or the Premises, to be provided by Landlord and subject to change from time to time as the Landlord/Building Management deem necessary.

An important part of being a successful landlord is making sure your tenants know their rights and obligations. While it is important to set out the rules and regulations in a manual, you need to make sure that the tenant’s have received a copy of such manual and record the receipt thereof in writing. This acknowledgement is designed to put record such receipt. |
