Description

An important part of being a successful landlord is making sure your tenants know their rights and obligations. While it is important to set out the rules and regulations in a manual, you need to make sure that the tenant’s have received a copy of such manual and record the receipt thereof in writing. This acknowledgement is designed to put record such receipt.
