This deed of surrender is an agreement between the landlord and the tenant to end the tenancy contract. The tenant has an obligation to vacate and surrender the leased premises to the landlord on the specified date. |
The tenant must fulfill all of his obligations towards the landlord before surrendering the premises such as removing his personal property and paying any outstanding amounts, etc.. The document must include a copy of the notice of non-renewal that was sent by the landlord. A handover certificate must be signed by both of the parties signifying complete physical delivery and receipt of possession of the premises. This document contains the following sections: 1.
