The obligations of the tenant include:

  • Refrain from engaging in activities that may cause nuisance, offensive noise, disturbance, or annoyance to other residents, or interfere with their privacy and peaceful enjoyment of the premises.
  • Refrain from attempting to view other premises or windows within the Residential Compound and must respect the privacy of other residents.
  • Seek written approval from the Landlord before bringing any pets or animals into the premises.
  • Must adhere to the speed restrictions within the Residential Compound and drive carefully while considering the safety of children playing in the common areas.

And other obligations specified in this agreement.
