It also sets forth the obligations of the parties where the packer is responsible to provide the packing services necessary to put the products in their final form, and to use materials bought at its own risk and expense, while the company is responsible for paying the service fees within a certain number of days from the date of receipt of the invoice, and is entitled to deduct a lump sum amount from the service fees in case of any quality complaints.
