White Label Agreement - Mobile (APP)

Document Summary

This white label is used by a licensor to grant a license to a licensee to use, rebrand and offer the licensor’s mobile application under its own brand name to its subscribers. In this agreement, the licensee pays a one-time fee license fee as well as a monthly fee.

Description

The licensor must add a description of the mobile application in schedule A of this agreement.

The parties must also agree on the maintenance services and their fees in schedule B of this agreement.
