This Letter is sent to the customer to acknowledge the receipt of a complaint. It serves as an assurance to the complainant that the company will take adequate measures to investigate the subject of his/her complaint and work towards finding a solution to his/her satisfaction.
The customer must be informed of all the necessary procedures to be taken in order for the complaint to be settled, therefore, it is essential to assign an employee where the customer can reach to follow up with. |
