This letter is used by an employer to remind the employee that certain terms of his/her employment contract related to confidentiality shall survive the expiration and/or termination of his/her employment contract.
The employee is expected to maintain the confidentiality regarding information related to trade secrets, inventions, plans and other proprietary information of the company even after him/her leaving the company. |
