GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY TO MANAGE PROPERTIES , COMPANIES

This “Power of Attorney” sample allows the representative to handle the affairs of the principal in a variety of matters.
It grants the representative the right to:
To manage the movables and real estate properties and monies

- Establish and construct shops, establishments and commercial companies of all types, civil and industrial, to enter in the same

- Buy, sell, transfer, Gift, register gift, accept gift, cancel, refund money, consolidate or assign any property owned by the principal

- To receive monies or make payments through bank as draft in relation to the transfer, or assignment of property

- To represent the principal in any rental dispute pertaining to the property before the Rent Committee.

- Undertake on behalf of the principle the handover formalities from the developer in respect of the property and to apply for and obtain on behalf of him all permissions, approval and consents required at the time of handover

- To act in the trade, professional, industrial, or tourism license by assignment or mortgage whether to himself or others under the conditions as deemed proper by him for his confirmation

- To represent the company, sign for it and act on its behalf

- To represent the principle before all natural and moral individuals, authorities, ministries

- Issue and sign contracts, agreements and agencies of different subjects

- Sell the principle’s share in the companies whether to himself or to others.

- Sell and buy vehicles, Special Numbers or Boats in my name and to act in vehicle’s principle

- To act on my behalf in relation to any home finance loan or mortgage associated with any property in the UAE

- Delegate others and advocates and terminate them
