Description

A power of attorney is an instrument whereby a principal puts another person in the place of himself to perform a licit and known act as described in article 924 of Federal Law No. 5 of 1985 on the Civil Transaction Law (as amended).

This P.O.A grants the attorney the right to:

• Buy properties for the principal, register them, register mortgages over them, and lease them.
• Perform all and every act which would be necessary and required for finalizing these dispositions.
