Description

According to article 927 of Federal Law No. 5 of 1985 on the Civil Transactions Law of the United Arab Emirates (as amended), the power of attorney is special if it is restricted to one or more specific matters.

According to article 929 of the same law, any act that is not one of management or preservation requires a special mandate specifying its nature and all acts incidental thereto as required in the mandate.
