This letter is used by an employer to terminate the services of an employee.
This letter specifies that termination of the employment contract takes effect from the end of the notice period served in accordance with the applicable labor law in the UAE.
Article 43 of Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 states that the notice period must not be less than 30 days and greater than 90 days. The notice period shall be the period agreed upon in the employment contract.
