This “Employment Offer Letter” is prepared and issued by an employer to be offered to a candidate who has been selected by a company to fulfil a vacant position at the said company.
According to Article 8 of the new Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 (Labor Law) the employment contract can only be a limited term contract and must not exceed three years.
The contract will automatically terminate at the end of the term unless terminated earlier by either party or renewed by both parties.
This template contains sample job offer along with a formal job description attachment to be sent to a successful candidate. It covers standard employment terms such as starting date and end date of employment, compensation, work hours, and job title. This letter can also be referred as job offer letter or letter confirming employment
This “Employment Offer Letter” should be signed by the employer through its authorized signatory, and then the chosen candidate signs it if the terms of employment offered are acceptable. It should be noted that this letter may be sent by email, by hand, or by any other appropriate method that ensures that the candidates receives it. |
