This document is used to notify a tenant to vacate the property as the tenant failed to pay the rental value or part of it within 30 days of being notified to do so.

Pursuant to Law No. 33 of 2008 Amending some Provisions of Law No. 26 of 2007 Regulating the Relationship between Landlord and Tenants in the Emirate of Dubai, the landlord may request evicting the tenant from the property before expiry of the lease term if the tenant fails to pay the rental value or any part thereof within 30 days as from the date of being so notified by the Lessor, unless otherwise is agreed between the parties. |
