LEASE TERMINATION NOTICE – FOR UNLAWFUL USE OF PROPERTY

Description

Pursuant to Law No. 33 of 2008 Amending some Provisions of Law No. 26 of 2007 Regulating the Relationship between Landlord and Tenants in the Emirate of Dubai, the landlord may request evicting the tenant from the property before expiry of the lease term if the tenant uses or allows third parties to use the property for unlawful, illegal or immoral purposes.
