Document Summary

This notice also applies if the tenant allows third parties to cause such damage.

Description

Pursuant to Law No. 33 of 2008 Amending some Provisions of Law No. 26 of 2007 Regulating the Relationship between Landlord and Tenants in the Emirate of Dubai, the landlord may request evicting the tenant from the property before expiry of the lease term if the tenant introduces any change to the property that would affect its safety to the extent that it is difficult to be restored to its original condition, inflicts damage on the property deliberately or due to gross negligence and failure to take caution or allows third party to inflict such damage.
