LEASE TERMINATION NOTICE – FOR OTHER USE OF PROPERTY

Description

Pursuant to Law No. 33 of 2008 Amending some Provisions of Law No. 26 of 2007 Regulating the Relationship between Landlord and Tenants in the Emirate of Dubai, the landlord may request evicting the tenant from the property before expiry of the lease term if the tenant uses such property for any purpose other than the purpose for which it was rented or contrary to the regulations governing planning, building and use of lands applicable in the Emirate.
