This document is sent by the employer to the employee to accept the letter of resignation and remind the employee of his/her surviving obligations after termination of the employment contract.
The employee must serve the notice period described in the employment contract as per article 43 of federal decree-law No. 31 of 2021 on Regulation of Labour Relations.
