Description

The addendum must be agreed and signed by both parties.

The addendum shall comply with the laws and regulations of the employment relationship.

The addendum shall include all modified and amended terms to the employment contract.

The employer shall register the addendum to the employment contract in the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization.

The terms of this addendum are in line with the provisions of Federal Decree Law No. 33 of 2021 regarding the regulation of employment relationship and its amendments.
