This employment contract records the terms and conditions governing the employer-employee relationship in Abu Dhabi Global Market. It covers all clauses mandated by the ADGM Employment Regulations including but not limited to leaves, remuneration, termination notices, and working hours.
This employment contract is drafted in accordance with ADGM Employment Regulations 2019.
According to section 1 of the ADGM Employment Regulations 2019, an employer is permitted to apply more favorable terms and conditions to the employee than the terms and conditions required by the ADGM Employment Regulations.
