The Undertaking for Use of Company Stamp is a legal document that sets out the procedures for Employees on the appropriate and righteous use of company stamp, and the consequences of its misuse.

The Undertaking for Use of Company Stamp states that every employee takes upon himself/herself a certain degree of responsibility for the work undertaken by him/her. The Employee shall act in good faith and not indulge in unethical or illegal acts of practice which is against the interest of the Employer, clients and/or colleagues. This document reserves the Employers right to take legal action against an employee for his/her failure to appropriately use the Stamp, protecting the Employer from liability of any claims and damages so caused by an employee. |
